Friends, Katy, friends,
I’d be lying if I said anything was on my list this week apart from The Crown and greyhounds. Bear with me until next week.
Happy Thanksgiving & xoxo,
Sally

Wow wow wow. The Sunday Toast got totally eclipsed by the hooplah of a Covid test (negative!). We’ll bullet point it from here, my friends:
Season 4 of The Crown dropped on Netflix today and I am SO HERE FOR IT!
If you need more of a royal fix, I am loving the podcast You’re Wrong About, which recently stumbled into my world. The Princess Diana episodes were so so good and Anastasia’s wasn’t half bad either. And if by chance you’re into figure skating drama, Tonya Harding’s was a downright triple axle.
Gosh. Could I love Samin Nosrat any more? I keep thinking it’s not possible and she proves me wrong. The latest proof is her most recent episode, Home Cooking: Thanksgiving, Part 1: Sage Wisdom, which is full of extra helpings of food puns.
Code Switch: Claim Us If You’re Famous. I found the most recent episode of this podcast on Kamala Harris’ heritage and the ensuing discussion on race very fascinating.
Speaking of elected officials, Still Processing: Sweet, Sweet Fantasties, Baby broke down the difference between dreams for America and our own fantasies. Quite an interesting listen.
Recommended by a friend, I’m rather enjoying the jazzy tunes of Lauren Daigle Christmas.
Be well, be safe, be jolly.
xoxo,
Sally
The past four years are belatedly catching up with me. So many emotions felt yesterday — relief, hope, joy, and exhaustion. I’m taking a break today. Really, the only thing about the past week that I can remember or matters to me anymore is that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris won the election. I’m overcome. I hope you’re well and feeling hopeful, too.
xoxo,
Sally
