It’s been a deep dark week, my friends. So much learning, so much unlearning, and such a lot of processing. I hope you’re doing okay. Are you okay?
I have to say, it no longer feels right to just post links to what’s been making me happy the past week. So, a humble offering of things that are making me think are now coming into the fold.
On this the tenth day of protests in Austin, there’s a lot to learn about racism in this town. A lot. (The Washington Post)
Those first images revealing Black Lives Matter Plaza in Washington DC. Praise be. (BBC News)

Season 5 of Queer Eye premiered this Friday, and by God, it found our heavy hearts just in time. (Netflix)
This past week I finished reading Maybe You Should Talk to Someone by Lori Gottlieb. Let’s all get ourselves in therapy ASAP. (BookPeople)
Thanks to some good friends, I was introduced to the Modern Eclectic playlist. I’ll be disappearing into it for the rest of the day, thank you. (Spotify)
James and the Giant Peach with Taika and Friends is just the best thing since things. (YouTube)
Take care of yourself. Take care of others. Take very good care.
xoxo,
